Andy Shenkler

CEO & Co-Founder

As CEO and Co-Founder of TMT Insights, Andy leads the company’s strategic direction and innovation across a global team of media technology experts. With over 20 years of experience driving large-scale transformation across the entertainment industry, Andy brings a deep understanding of both the operational and technical challenges facing today’s media companies.

Since launching TMT in 2020, Andy has scaled the company into a trusted solutions partner for some of the world’s largest studios and broadcasters, known for unifying siloed systems into agile, cloud-native ecosystems. He led the vision and development of Polaris, TMT’s orchestration platform designed to streamline complex media workflows and provide greater operational transparency and efficiency.

Before founding TMT, Andy held senior leadership roles at Sony, Deluxe Entertainment, Yahoo!, and EMI music where he was instrumental in modernizing global content supply chains and launching enterprise platforms. His ability to bridge business strategy with technical execution has made him a leading voice in media transformation, with a focus on helping companies adapt, scale, and thrive in a rapidly evolving landscape.

Hannah Barnhardt

COO & Co-Founder

As Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of TMT Insights, Hannah leads global operations, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional alignment across the company’s technology, product, and go-to-market efforts. A recognized leader in media and entertainment, Hannah brings deep expertise in product innovation, business strategy, and brand development to help organizations scale and transform.

Prior to co-founding TMT, Hannah held leadership roles at Deluxe Entertainment Services Group, and Sony where she spearheaded enterprise-level initiatives across product strategy, OTT application development, marketing and business development. Her ability to unify technology, product, and business teams has been critical in delivering agile, high-impact solutions across the industry.

Hannah has been named a 2023 Woman to Watch by TVNewsCheck and Business Leader of the Year by Rise, honors that reflect her forward-thinking leadership and commitment to driving meaningful change. Under her guidance, TMT Insights has also been recognized on the 2025 INC 5000, Fortune Best Small Workplaces and certified by Great Place to Work® for its standout growth and culture.

Kristie Fung

SVP, Product & Solution Management

Kristie is a product management executive with over a decade of progressive experience defining product requirements, managing the development cycle, and delivering enhanced value for internal and external stakeholders. Kristie delivers value-enhancing multimedia and digital initiatives through clear communication of technical and business issues. She also creates alignment between stakeholders at all levels of development projects, from C-Suite executives to individual technical contributors.

Brett Beers

SVP, Engineering

With 10+ years of experience working within the media & entertainment industry, Brett has held senior development & software engineering roles at global enterprise organizations such as Sony and Deluxe Entertainment. Throughout his career, he has spearheaded new innovations for varying media supply chain workflows through the design, build and implementation of end-to-end content experiences ranging from theatrical distribution to global content distribution including localization, compliance, broadcast, and streaming platform delivery.

Nav Khangura

VP, Sales & Business Development, EMEA

With 17+ years of experience in media, Nav is a dynamic and innovative leader specializing in technical design, product solutions and sales. Known for his thought-leadership and ability to craft and drive successful sales strategies, Nav excels in communicating complex concepts across all levels, supporting existing and new clients while ensuring they have access to TMT’s best in class offerings across each stage of their media supply chain initiatives.

Greg Cox

VP, Sales & Business Development, Americas

As a leading industry executive, Greg brings over 20 years of experience in Media & Entertainment solutioning, working with top clients across studios, broadcasting, streaming platforms and technology companies. He offers extensive expertise in delivering scalable business solutions focused on driving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and delivering clear paths to achieve success. Throughout his career, he has worked with well-known companies such as Deluxe, Codemill and ThinkAnalytics.

Chris McCarthy

VP, Media Solutions

Chris is an industry veteran with more than 15 years of leadership experience in operational, technical, and product roles at both studios and service providers. He specializes in designing and implementing end-to-end media workflows leveraging cloud and industry best practices. Chris’ background includes senior leadership positions and consulting for large studios at Amazon Web Services, as well as A+E Networks, where he oversaw the processing and distribution of History Channel, A&E, and Lifetime content to more than 200 global linear and digital platforms.
