We’re looking for a Product Manager who’s not only passionate about delivering exceptional products but thrives in collaboration. You’ll work closely with our Engineering team to lead the design and development of client projects and our proprietary operational management platform, Polaris. From concept to execution, you’ll ensure we deliver high-impact solutions on time, every time, while driving value and making data-driven decisions.

What You’ll Do

This position will be responsible in working with the client on the assigned project to gather requirements, outline key features, milestones, and deliverables, and ensure that the overall business strategy of the project’s feature roadmap is aligned and communicated effectively to all stakeholders, internal and external – from leadership to Engineering to QA teams. While this is a Product-centric role, the ideal candidate will be one that can manage both product features and requirements as well as priorities, constraints, and timelines from a project management perspective.

Your Role:  

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle to ensure timely delivery of features and releases for the assigned project
  • Interface with client teams to provide creative and strategic solutions, while aligning internal prioritizations with client goals
  • Evolve high-level concepts to define, scope and prioritize product requirements for Product, Design, and Engineering
  • Coordinate with design teams to ensure seamless user experience and design coherence.
  • Clearly articulate and define feature business requirements and acceptance criteria in Jira epics/stories for both Design, Engineering, and QA to code and test against, respectively
  • Ensure timely project delivery by creating, maintaining, and managing schedules, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Regularly track the progress of development, providing status updates to Leadership, Stakeholders, and other teams involved on the project

What You Bring:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of overseeing the full product lifecycle.
  • A deep understanding of product development processes, from ideation to launch, with a focus on delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and client stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences, including clients and developers.
  • Experience working with engineering teams, including a solid understanding of software development practices.
  • A proactive and organized approach, able to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • A great eye for detail, with a proven ability to manage and oversee complex projects, ensuring accuracy and precision at every stage.
  • Ability to balance client, business, and product interests while considering technical feasibility, project timelines, a parallel initiative
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Trello, or similar project management software.
  • Proficient in design tools (i.e. Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • A strong technical background in film or television production, as well as a good understanding of post-production processes
