The Opportunity
Our team is looking for a Solutions Engagement Partner. Accelerate TMT clients’ supply chain modernization journey and maximize TMT’s value for the client. This is achieved through the ownership of:
Solutioning: To support and advance the client’s business, technical and operational goals, you’ll work hand in hand with the client to support the analysis and recommendation of solutions required to support their vision from implementation, ongoing operationalization, and support of the solutions recommended. This requires extensive knowledge of industry-standard media technology tooling as well as the ability to dive deep into technical requirements across products and solutions.
Identify & Align on Strategic Opportunities: You’ll work with the collective TMT team (product, engineering, support, etc.) to work backwards from the client to identify and pursue strategic supply chain opportunities. These strategic supply chain opportunities can include but are not limited to digital innovation, product innovation, large-scale migrations, workflow reengineering, data and analytics, operational change management, and business agility. You’ll provide support to these opportunities via several mechanisms including business case assessments, TCO analysis, and industry solutions.
Governance: Implement governance structures to effectively govern both our partnership with the client, and the client’s engagement across various service offerings from TMT (Proserv/Polaris/MediaOps etc.)
Enablement: To drive clients’ people and operating model change, it may be critical to define a training strategy to upskill technical and non-technical roles across the client’s organization to ensure effective adoption of TMT’s implemented solution and/or Polaris product.
Your Role:
- Partner with client leaders and their respective engineering, product, and operations teams to help strategize and manage their supply chain journey
- Leverage industry experience and expertise to recommend end-to-end solutions based on client needs
- Deliver functional workflow designs, architectural designs, and specific technology and tooling recommendations
- Help client organizations understand best practices around adopting advanced cloud-based solutions to support migration & transformation projects
- End-to-end ownership of a diverse range of projects and initiatives, interfacing and influencing amongst the other core account groups including product/engineering/ architecture/ support teams
- Establish a deep understanding of your client’s business vision, culture and processes, and evangelize TMT services & additional 3rd party technologies and influence clients to adopt the right solution at the right time
- Leverage your delivery experience with large scale transformations and help shepherd clients through their stages accelerating their ability to solve challenges through new ideas, tools and mechanisms
- Serve as the client’s supply chain modernization journey coach and be the voice of the client within TMT, evangelizing client needs to TMT leadership, product, and engineering teams
- Act as thought leader and trusted client advisor ensuring all TMT teams are working together effectively to deliver transformational outcomes for the client
- Leverage communication, program management, technical, operations, and transformation acumen to earn trust with your client, understand their strategic goals, translate them into executable plans, ensure programmatic governance and deliver successful, often industry changing, client outcomes through TMT services & Polaris product
