Our team is looking for a Solutions Engagement Partner. Accelerate TMT clients’ supply chain modernization journey and maximize TMT’s value for the client. This is achieved through the ownership of:  

Solutioning: To support and advance the client’s business, technical and operational goals, you’ll work hand in hand with the client to support the analysis and recommendation of solutions required to support their vision from implementation, ongoing operationalization, and support of the solutions recommended. This requires extensive knowledge of industry-standard media technology tooling as well as the ability to dive deep into technical requirements across products and solutions. 

Identify & Align on Strategic Opportunities: You’ll work with the collective TMT team (product, engineering, support, etc.) to work backwards from the client to identify and pursue strategic supply chain opportunities. These strategic supply chain opportunities can include but are not limited to digital innovation, product innovation, large-scale migrations, workflow reengineering, data and analytics, operational change management, and business agility. You’ll provide support to these opportunities via several mechanisms including business case assessments, TCO analysis, and industry solutions.  

Governance: Implement governance structures to effectively govern both our partnership with the client, and the client’s engagement across various service offerings from TMT (Proserv/Polaris/MediaOps etc.) 

Enablement: To drive clients’ people and operating model change, it may be critical to define a training strategy to upskill technical and non-technical roles across the client’s organization to ensure effective adoption of TMT’s implemented solution and/or Polaris product.

Our team is looking for a Solutions Architect to drive our architecture and design efforts in creating scalable, efficient, and robust solutions for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for the high-level architecture and technical direction of our product & services portfolio. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and media operations, to ensure alignment with client requirements and strategic business goals. 

As the Vice President of Sales and Business Development for the Americas, you will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive sales and business development strategy, establishing and nurturing high-impact partnerships, and collaborating with internal TMT stakeholders to build and maintain client relationships. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the media & entertainment landscape, specifically in content distribution, digital supply chain management, and cloud technology.

Our team is looking for a US or UK-based Lead Backend Developer to join our growing team of dedicated technologists and innovators that collaboratively optimize digital supply chain for our clients. We are looking for a lead that not only has a solid technical understanding of software engineering but is also a problem solver, a quick learner, great communicator, and a passion for designing, developing, and architecting delightful and impactful products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for driving, designing, creating, and maintaining components of the various backend platforms we work with – including our flagship service around Cloud-based servicing tools. Suppose you’re an individual that takes pride in the design of scalable, usable, and performant Web applications and has the experience and skillset to transform complicated workflows into elegant solutions, then, we’d like you to join our team!

Our team is looking for a US or UK-based Senior Backend Developer to join our growing team of dedicated technologists and innovators that collaboratively optimize digital supply chain for our clients. We are looking for a Sr. Developer that can solve complex technical problems and contribute to technical decisions, while also focusing on the execution and delivery of high-quality code across the assigned project.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for problem solving, possessing the ability to communicate with internal stakeholders, while also collaborating with peers on the development team to code solutions that lead to successful delivery of specific features and/or workflows on the assigned project.
